Last Saturday marked the beginning of the 2014 wedding season for me, and I cannot think of a better wedding to start it all off! Mary and Joe have been together for 8 years! And last Saturday they were finally married! It was so fun celebrating with them. The weather these past few months has been one heck of a roller coaster. I was nervous it would be a blah day – but we were so blessed to have perfect 56 degree weather! It was such a joy to photograph these two – they could not make a kinder pairing (not to mention they look gorgeous together!). We started out at The Barnes’ Place for photos and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Not only was it perfect for Mary and Joe’s rustic inspired wedding reception – but the space is beautiful with so many windows that let in perfect natural light (and Paula the owner is so kind!).
