Rachel & Dan | Iowa State Alumni Center Wedding

Photographing Rachel and Dan’s wedding day was extra special for me as I’ve known these two since our days in the Urbandale High School Marching Band. And they have been together for almost as long! When they (finally 😉 ) got engaged, I was so excited to receive an email from them inquiring about their wedding photography!

I loved that they chose to be married at Lutheran Church of Hope, the same church that both Rachel’s siblings were also married! Dan and Rachel both attended Iowa State and loved being a part of the School’s Marching Band. So it made sense that they celebrate with their friends and family at the Iowa State Alumni Center in Ames!

Shortly after dinner, Dan made an announcement that he had a surprise waiting for Rachel outside.

It was the entire Iowa State University Marching Band!
