Kristen & Tony | Des Moines Engagement Photographer

Kristen and Tony met me at Water Works Park bright and early for their sunrise engagement session! It was a gloomy, cloudy morning (what’s up with this rainy October?) but these two were so joyful and I love how cozy the images feel!

After making a stop downtown we headed to their Crossfit gym, the same location that Tony proposed! And I absolutely love the story of how they got engaged! They had a tough workout that consisted of: a one mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one mile run! Kristen was a little unsure, but Tony promised to stick with her and they would complete it together. And as they arrived back at the gym after that last mile, Tony turned to Kristen asked her to be his wife!

I am so excited for their wedding next September, it’s going to be absolutely gorgeous! Enjoy my favorites!
