For Ronni and Chase’s wedding I traveled to Spencer, IA! These two grew up just one hour away from one another but didn’t end up meeting until 2011 when they both attended Kirkwood College.
I absolutely loved spending the day with this sweet couple. Chase was one of the nicest grooms that I have had the privilege of photographing and Ronni is so kind, generous, and poured her heart into this wedding. And though it was quite windy and there was a threat of rain all day, both Ronni and Chase were a perfect example of grace under pressure. By the end of the night, I felt as if I had know this couple far longer than what has only been a year!
Ronni and Chase – Thank you so very much for choosing me and trusting me to document your wedding day! I absolutely loved every minute of it. I hope you enjoy!
For the first look and portraits, we went to the Higgins Mansion in Spencer. Oh my goodness, I could have taken photos all day long if time had permitted!
Such a sweet first look!
This photo below is definitely not perfect by any means, but it is one of my favorites.
And this sweet little ring bearer was SO adorable and smiley!
Ronni and Chase chose to be married in the same church that Chase’s parents were married in!
