I am so excited to share these photos today! I don’t exactly remember when I first met Casey, but it had to have been sometime way back in Middle School. We were on the same soccer team for 6 years as well as in band together. And that is actually how she came to meet Spencer. They were both in The University of Nebraska – Lincoln Marching Band. While on a trip to Wisconsin, they hit it off and decided to go to a Packer game together.
I only had met Spencer one time before the wedding, but he is so kind and genuine that I would have thought that I had known him as long as I have known Casey. While photographing Spencer’s details (his shoes, socks, tie, and watch) I mentioned how heavy his wedding ring is. And he replied with one of the sweetest things I have heard at a wedding so far. He said that he decided on such a heavy and thick wedding band because he wanted to be reminded every single day.
Casey and Spencer – Thank you so much for choosing and trusting me to photograph your wedding! Back in High School I never would have thought in a million years I would be a wedding photographer, let alone photographing your wedding! I’m so happy I was there to capture your day. I hope you enjoy looking through my favorites!
Casey you were a gorgeous bride!
Spencer’s dad owns a shoe store in Nebraska, so of course everyone had great shoes for the day!
Though it may have been a little under a million degrees that day, I was loving the great backlighting for the ceremony. And it wasn’t raining, so we can’t complain.
The wedding party went on a boat ride around the lake right after the ceremony! It was the perfect way to celebrate and cool off.The Port on Lake Panorama Dress | Bridal Elegance Shoes | Buck Shoes – Fremont, NE Florist | Greens Florist- Fremont, NE Hair | Guys and Dolls Cake | Creme Cupcake and Dessert Bridesmaid’s Dresses | Bridal Elegance Groom and Groomsmen Attire | Sampter’s – Fremont, NE Invitations | Max Design – Fremont, NE
